The previous review appears to be fake, probably posted by the landlord as I lived at this address in the 2014-2015 school year, and know the current tenants of the apartment. I can tell you first of all that none of their names are John Canahan and I can also tell you that none of them are satisfied with the landlord's performance. If you live here, expect to have people sent by the landlord coming in whenever they want without warning, little to no reply about complaints, many months before repairs are done, some poor insulation in some bedrooms. The landlord is often very difficult to reach but when he needs something from you, he's very reactionary. We had many problems with this landlord and I would not suggest dealing with him, especially as it seems he's willing to post fake reviews about his apartment.
