Very old windows, ice during winters, can't be opened when iced, landlord does not do anything about it unless threatened of an inspection by the Regie du Batiment or lawsuit at the rent board. Some apartments have heavy molding issues. Very small apartments. Common areas are fine or good but some are blocked to tenants with less than 24 hours notice because they are rented for private events. Internet is fine and most of the staff is friendly and professional. The maintenance supervisor is terrible. Nice view from the top of the building. Good location.
