BED BUGS! We had three infestations during a year.
COCKROACHES!

The owner of this building discriminates against children!! My credit cheque was approved and upon meeting my toddler the owner DENIED MY APPLICATION! I have contacted the regie and will follow suit accordingly.

COCKROACHES! This place is not far off from being condemned! It is nasty. The manager doesnt answer your calls your calls and ignores you, janitor will lie right to your face. I spoke with tenants on the left side of the building and they don't have roaches but if you move over to the right side it is infested all the way up to the top floor even after being treated about 4 times a year. Laundry room is disgusting and I would never even put rags in the machines!
The rent is on the cheaper side but still waaayy too much for the nastyness of what you'll get. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

The apartments here are beautiful. high ceilings, wood floors, gaz stoves. And priced very low. In a wonderful neighborhood.
While I lived here there were two fires, a bed bug infestation, huge problems/disputes with insane neighbors and eventually a dead body in the lobby. The landlord is unreachable, and the super overwhelmed and underfunded to deal with the litany of structural and managerial duties. It''s a dump.
