Not a very well-kept building, they are performing very shallow construction just to fix up how the outside looks. on the lower floors, total lack of sunlight. loud people talking early in the morning right outside everyone's windows at seven in the morning. it seems like they have never, ever washed the fire escape stairway. it would make me gag every time i had to walk through. constantly people on the front "porch"/entrance area, at all hours of the day. the landlord gave us many issues and did not want to rent to us because we were students (even though we payed the rent on time and in full each month). bye bye

The appartment is not bad, location is good but that's about it. Only reasons I rent there was location and dog friendly. Which was so not friendly for my dog, janitor has a problem with pitbulls. Never used elevator because there is the old drunk of the building who will use this as his opportunity to harass you. Was not a good experience.

Apartments themselves are nice, lots of beautiful light.
Total disaster in the hallways lobby. I''m not really sure what they''re doing out there, but it is not going to be great.
There seems to be a new janitor every few weeks. I''m not sure why this is.
If you ever need anything repaired, it will be a long time before it happens.
Overall, the apartments themselves are nice, but the conditions around them are kind of a disaster.

Immeuble en béton et murs en plâtre donc insonorisation raisonnablement bonne à l''intérieur.Plafonds hauts,grandes fenêtres, bonne luminosité.Ils y a placards, garde-robes et armoires donc espace de rangement adéquat. Quartier agréable mélange résidentiel/commercial sur rue achalandée.Proximité de nombreux commerces, accessibles `a pieds. Arrêt(s) de bus à l''avant de l''immeuble et à l''arrière aussi. Accès au métro Vendôme en 15 minutes. Les locataires sont sympas et tranquilles. Mélange de famille avec enfants, personnes âgées et jeunes couples. Animaux permis.
Entretien des logements est hyper minimaliste et nombreux sont ceux qui nécessitent gros travaux de réparations (que le propriétaire ignore évidemment). Les logements furent jadis très beaux, mais après de nombreuses années de laisser-aller, tout est fatigué et endommagé. Salle de bain très "usée" d''origine (circa 1955). Cuisine de bonnes dimensions mais "usée" elle aussi(tuiles cassées, plâtre fissuré ou tombant,armoires repeintes 400 fois!). Chauffage fournis par proprio est gardé au strict minimum et inadéquat. Le locataire doit absolument se munir d''un chauffage d''appoint. Ascenseur régulièrement défectueux. En 3 ans, nous avons vu passer plus de 13 concierges. Il y a aussi un vendeur de dope dans l''immeuble qui attire des "clients" louches.
