She doesnt live in the building
The most horrible person I''ve ever met, what ever, what ever you can do. Do not rent from her. She''s racist, extremely rude, and tries to charge you more than is in your lease. Im begging you not to do it. She also states "there will be no alcohol consumed in this apartment"
