Excellent access to downtown and convenient walking distance to McGill and grocery store. Street is mostly calm, but at night the ambulances and partygoers' yelling was annoying. The building manager is kind, but they are lazy sometimes, from being more than an hour late to our meeting to making us go to get our own keys made, at our expense. I do not recommend unless you are looking for a lenient landlord in terms of partying.
