My relationship with the landlord was terrible. He was rude and dismissive during our conversations. It was hard to be able to sublease for my remaining 2 months. Many of my neighbours that were also his tenants complaint that he was very cheap with repairs, and at times he would never actually repair damages.
Terrible experience, I personally would never be his tenant again.
