-Super convenient location with decent price
-quick to repair things
-very strict about late night music so if you like quiet
-central heating, wasn''t turned on until late october
-very whiny landlord, ie. complains about people smoking INFRONT of the building
- terrible sound isolation, could hear the exact location of the person above from just their foot steps, not to mention sex sounds, music etc.
-the halls are super dirty; the janitor sweeps like every 1.5 months
