Good location.
Landlord is horrible. Tried to tell us we damaged the apartment and couldn''t get our deposit cheques back. Luckily I had a photo of the apartment before we moved in, and the damage was there so they had no choice but to return the cheques. This was after a legal letter was filed and we threatened to take the case to court.
