Altogether worth the value, depending which room you get (some are more expensive depending on size/floor). There''s a dishwasher as well, a lovely balcony, jaccuzzi bathtub for the tenants on the main floor and in the basement and utilities, electricity, heating and water are included.
There are raccoons, there are some noisy nights, you will have to tolerate roommates being loud on occasion, but if you''re straightforward, there can be a way to meet in the middle.
