spacious and lovely home. High Ceilings lovely original windows and door frames. Large rooms, lots of light. Quiet despite being on a large busy street.
Highly stressed and refused to do repairs while we disputed another issue. Is quite aggressive when she doesn''t get her way. is coercive and threatens evictions.
The house is badly insulated and hydro was quite expensive. I Cannot stress enough that the landlord is really hard to get along with. She is highly stressed and takes it out on her tenants. She harassed me and showed up unannounced frequently and yelled at me on the phone many times over truly trivial matters.
