Very nice apartment/building. Landlord and superintendent are helpful, with a tolerable delay for repairs. Rent is proportionate to the quality of the apartment. Heat is included, and it''s HOT!
Superintendents are always present and around the building, and like to have awkward conversations. Washer and dryer in the building, which is convenient, but there are only one of each to serve 25 apartments; a little line-up is to be expected. Not very sound proof, but the building is very calm (families, old people, etc.). However, we''ve had a few "soirées", and no one complained. We kept them pretty mellow though.
