The building is close to banks, hospitals and a public park
The building is poorly insulated especially the ground floor apartments. Heating is electric and not included in the rent.
Hydro bills are astronomical in winter $300+ due to the poor insulation.
The neighborhood is dirty, and there are drug dealers and car breakers constantly in the area.
The landlord shows up without notification and the concierge enters tenants apartment also without notification. The landlord hits on young single female tenants and shows up asking to be invited for coffee.
