After 2 weeks of killing 5 spiders a day and calling a few timew the managing company, I have been told that if I don't take time off my work then it is my problem because they will never come over to fix the problem after 4:30pm.
So, because their apartment is all messed up I have to lose money to have them fix it.??
The windows are supposed to be "new" but they are not. They are pretty much all crooked and don't close properly. The backdoor is broken as well. The heating system is not cleanable by the tenants and when I advised the concierge he told me it is not his problem.
This place is in my top 3 of worst apartment I had in Montreal.
Unless you are a person with low living standards, don't go live there!
