1. The building has Mold.
2. The landlord is very rude.
3. Winter is very uncomfortable and the hydro bill is extremely expensive since the thermal insulation is very poor! (Keep in mind that the heating system is electrical).
4. Do not expect much from an old property like this! (The Landlord calls it “A Luxury Apartment”)
