Prehistoric building with no renovations, elevators always broken, small laundry room with nasty and old machines, janitor and manager changed several times in short time so it's a mess. Full of ants. Very good location but very noisy

There was a leak in our apartment 4 months ago and they just now fixed the hole in our ceiling as well as the tiles that came off the floor. The landlord has been very uncooperative and for the price we pay for this apartment, it's in really poor condition. We can also hear everything in the hallway and in the apartments next to us. Honestly, just way too expensive for the quality of the place. Would not recommend.
