-Excellent size, perfect for a couple.
-Large Bathroom/kitchen.
-Exclusive access to backyard.
-Landlord is excellent. Is prompt with responses, will reimburse for painting/landscaping the apt.
-very close to the metro.
-dog friendly.
-parks nearby.
-not much natural light.
-some sketchy neighbors. The neighborhood is a strange mish-mash of character types.
