Incredible location, really big front room, patio, and cheaper than mcgill ghetto (marginally)
Ben won´t ever fix anything, even tho he says he will. bathroom is small and kitchen is old, tho you get used to it.
Its not by any means the perfect house, but its a great college apartment to start off with. Cheaper than anything youll find in the ghetto, and still a walkable distance from mcgill, it is definitely a solid place.
Essentially, you can be obnoxius, dirty, and loud, as your next to st laurant and Ben doesn´t give a damn about you as long as you pay your rent on time. Very nice living room too
