this is a decent apartment, good for students but quite dingy/dark. the landlord is not the best, not the worst, he is just generally uninvolved. the living room and kitchen are nice; the back terrace is pretty awful and there's not a lot of space. the insulation is horrible- this apartment costs a fortune to heat. to echo the other tenant- this place should be renovated or professionally cleaned, because it has good bones but is a bit grimy.

Living room and kitchen are very large, very close to St. Laurent and St. Denis. Rent very affordable.
Landlord wouldn''t fix anything we asked except for one light (once). Place needs to be redone/professionally cleaned
