Best concierge in the city; he''s attentive, friendly, and keeps the building very clean.
Building owner hires sub-standard trades people for projects and repairs. Is difficult to get in touch with for repairs/problems.
Building owner has engaged a property management company. I didn''t find this out until they sent me my offer of renewal and there were names on it I didn''t recognize.
