If you play by the rules, this place is an awesome Plateau location and great for students.
Horrible landlord, extrememly bureaucratic. Will not talk to you one-on-one, and will only communicate via time-stamped mail, which requires to you travel ALL THE WAY TO FRONTENAC STATION to pick up said letter. Ridiculous.
