Bedbug infestations regularly. Cockroach infestation on several floors in fall 2019. Sauna and swimming pool closed for almost two years. Very difficult to reach a manager. Poor building maintenance. Elevators frequently out of order. Pity. The view is great and the location near the botanical garden is cool.

Très difficile de joindre un gestionnaire. Entretien médiocre de l'immeuble. Ascenseurs fréquemment en panne. Dommage. La vue est superbe et l'emplacement près du jardin botanique est cool.
