Des appartements propres, bien entretenu, propriétaire compréhensif, prix raisonnable vu la localisation (sur le plateau) , chaleureux accueil du propriétaire et du concierge.

I lived with them from 2015 to 2016, there were cockroaches everywhere and they have not done anything up to this day 2019. There was a hole in my door which I myself had to fix to keep the apartment heated during the winter. I had to buy a tiny heater. They lost my non-renewal letter twice!!! and now, 3 years later they sent me a debt collector who is harassing me and who opened a file with the Régie against me. I feel robbed, powerless and scammed!!!

Dirty infested! And they don't do anything about it! I broke my lease and lost my furniture thanks to them.

J'y ai vécu pour une période qui m'a semblé être une éternité. Premièrement, les partie commune de l'appartement sont mal entretenus. Le hall d'entrée et tout les couloir sentent la cigarette. Les escaliers extérieurs ne sont pas déneigés ou déglacés l'hiver et deviennent donc très dangereux, considérant les personnes âgées y vivant. Ensuite, la "buanderie" n'est qu'en fait une laveuse et sécheuse souillée et constamment utilisée. Une seule laveuse pour plus de 20 appartements. Dès que je suis emménagé, j'ai constaté que les murs sont si minces que j'entendais un voisin cracher et tousser d'un côté et un autre uriner de l'autre côté. la ventilation de la cuisine est partagée avec un voisin et j'ai vécu pendant des mois avec une odeur et une fumée de cigarettes. J'ai tenté de faire agir l'administration mais sans aucune réponse. J'ai du jeter du linge et de la draperie à cause de l'odeur incessante. L'appartement et l'immeuble sont INFESTÉS de COQUERELLES. Des petites et des grosse. Un jour, j'ai tiré mon frigidaire pour me rendre compte qu'il y avait 40 à 60 coquerelles de toute tailles qui grouillait en dessous. Je devais en tuer environ 20-60 par soirée avant de me coucher. Ils se trouve dans les armoires, dans le frigdaire, dans le bain, dans la plomberie, sous mon lit, dans les murs...Bref, ils sortaient de partout. J'ai averti l'administration plusieurs fois en me disant à chaque fois qu'ils allaient s'en occuper, mais en vain. J'ai attendu 4 mois et rien ne s'est passé. L'administration est géré par des personnes insoucieuses et il est impossible de rentrer en contact avec le propriétaire. Finalement, on entend souvent le soir des gens qui crient dans les couloirs, des gens intoxiqués et drogués qui menacent d'autre gens. L'environnement est invivable. S'il vous plait, ne faite pas l'erreur de louer au 4105 ou 4125 Parthenais.
I lived for a period that seemed like an eternity. First, the halls of the apartment are poorly maintained. The lobby and all the corridors smells like cigarette. Exterior staircases are not snow-clear or ice-clear in the winter and therefore are very dangerous, considering the old people living there. The "laundryroom" consist of a washer and dryer that are constantly used. Only one washer for more than 20 apartments. Wait, the worst is yet to come... When I moved in, I've found that the walls are so thin that I could heard a neighbor spit and cough all night on one side and another one pissing int the toilet on the other side. The ventilation in the kitchen is shared with a neighbor and I have lived for months with a smell of cigarette in my appartment even though i've never smoke. I've asked the administration multiple times to do something about it but they didn't seem to care at all. I had to throw away many of my clothes and drapery because of the incessant odor. The worst is still to come. The apartment and the whole building are INFESTED with COCKROACHES. Small one, big one, any size. I once pulled off the fridge to find out that there was around 40 cockroaches crawling under it. I had to kill about 20-60 in the evening every night before going to bed. They were in the cabinets, in the refrigerator, in the bath, in the plumbing, under my bed, in the walls ... EVERYWHERE. There's also bedbugs in the building. I had to throw away my brand new matress. I warned the administration SEVERAL TIMES and the were telling me every time they were going to deal with it soon, but in vain. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE. I waited 4 months and still nothing happened. The administration is managed by carefree people and it is impossible to get in touch with the actual landlord. Finally, people are often heard screaming in the corridors, intoxicated and drugged people who threaten other people. The environment is terrible. Please, do not make the mistake of renting any appartment at 4105 or 4125 Parthenais.

The building is invaded by cockroaches and bed bugs, it doesn't seem that the management are willing to do anything about it or even care, I would strongly recommend to families to stay away from this place.

DO NOT RENT !!! The place is full of bed bug, when i told them about the issue they told me that it was impossible, it took them so much time to do something easy. I was suppose to sign my lease in june then sign it in end of july they are not organize at all. End in the nigth there is weird people in the hall screaming and being drunk its unsafe. Please do yourself a favor and dont go there

This building is very disgustingly full with bed bugs and cockroaches.
Do not rent a house there :it is not worth it and the building condition is unhealthy .

I have had cockroaches for over 5 months and the landlord has done absolutely nothing about it.
Every email I send goes unanswered. Everytime I get to speak to them in person they say 'oh yes next week I promise'. After 5 months I am sick of seeing them everywhere I go.
The walls are so thin you can hear people weeing in their apartments below. The person who lives below me coughs and throws up constantly and it is all I can hear. He shouts and swears in the middle of the night and my complaints about this go unanswered too.
DO NOT RENT FROM Parthenais Messier Holdings, Wiseview Realities or 4125 or 4105 Rue Parthenais!!
