Lived here from 2015 to 2016.
Pros: inexpensive for a decently-sized closed 3 1/2!!! allowed to use portable washer in apartment without W/D connection, renovated bathroom, heaters work well, large living room windows, nice patio door to balcony, storage locker included, off-street parking available, allowed to repaint. Landlord is easy to reach and amiable. Repairs done reasonably quickly for routine things.
Cons: stairwell has no ventilation so it traps smells & gets hot in summer, some tenants smoke indoors and in the stairwell, general poor noise insulation (mostly bothered by outside noise, luckily same-floor neighbor was reasonably quiet), double-pane windows have permanent condensation between the panes, kitchen floor very uneven (underfloor possibly damaged or even absent), cosmetic damage to hardwood floors, no wall thermostats, no heater in bathroom, permanent mildew smell in water heater cabinet, fire escape staircase on its last legs.
