We have been living here for almost 3 years and we love the apartment. The apartments are very big and have a lot of natural light. We had a good experience with the landlord. Everytime we had a problem in the apartment it was addressed. It is always easy to reach the landlord and we always have a quick response.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in, do not rent here.
Heating:
Due to bad insulation and windows, the heating bill can go up to 450$ in winter while keeping the temperature at 17C.
The common areas are not well heated, we are losing heat to the interior common areas.
Hot Water:
Hot water takes a very long time to come (1-2 minutes). Few times a week, no hot water is available at all.
State of the building:
Common areas are frequently dirty.
Trash can area is horrible, there is frequently trash spread around the building and on the pavement.
There is often broken glass which can be dangerous for small children and pets.
Landlord:
Management refuses to fix problems when reported to them.

DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING.

The management is absolutely terrible and the landlord is impossible to get in touch with. The temperature insulation is horrible resulting in ridiculous Hydro bills. The temperature will drop as low as 15 degrees when it gets really cold outside. The sad thing is that the apartments are nice, but dealing with the utter incompetence of the landlord is not worth it.
