Decent 5 bedroom, especially for the price. Great location. Landlord asks for illegal key deposit ($200 each). When something needs repair he tries to blame tenants. Rarely gives notice when he comes by. Sometimes he’ll ring the doorbell before he lets himself in, sometimes not. Also shows up with prospective new tenants without notice.
