VERY BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ ENTIRELY:

I lived here from August 2015 to June 2017 , and I broke my lease because of moisture and mice in the building. The owner is very agressive and bad person , to say the least. He promised us to renovate the kitchen and change the fridge, which he refused to do after we signed the lease. We told him about the mice problem many times ( at least 4 times) and each time he say he bring exterminator to solve it. we find a lot of poison in the kitchen and after 2 weeks, the problem is not solved. We asked about exterminator work warranty but he didn't want to clarify it for us. after a while , we understood he is not an exterminator but some guy who pretend to be. Also, he never cleans entrance to garage on time during snowfall, we had a very hard time to enter garage. When we sent him letter to let him know we are going to abondon the room, he was very agressive and sent us letter where he was basically lying and saying we have dirtly kitchen and dry our clothes in the bathroom , which we never did. Even when the city came and tell him to solve the problem , he didn't mind to fix it. We sued him to Regie de logement and he lost the case.

So , if you happen to read this , consider yourself lucky and DON'T RENT HERE AT ALL.
