It's been a joy to rent this appartment, for two consecutive years now. The landlord is very respectful and easy to speak with. I have asked for repairs that have been promptly done. Any inconvenience is dealt with in a very timely manner. He has been very considerate. When I first got the appartment, it had beforehand been repainted and cleaned.
I believe the landlord is a key factor to consider when renting an appartment and in this case he did a wonderful job consitently throughout my stay.
