Nice building, good laundry service, nice elevator (when it''s not broken).
UNCONTROLLED BEDBUG PROBLEM SINCE 2009. Ineffective process to remove them (a few apartments at a time, only when someone complains). Also getting more and more noisy. Turning into a slumlord''s paradise.
Don''t be fooled by the nice super couple - they are drunks. And owner won''t do anything that will cost him 1/2 a penny.

Its a really nice quit building with more and more younger people, while at the same time also having a homie feel to it.
Street parking is sometimes hard to find in winter, but i have an indoor parking in the building
