The Build is really old, the landlord is trying to save money and to renovate. I could hear everything my neighbors would do (I mean really everything). The landlord is noisy and intrusive. He used to always come IN my apartment and close the door behind him when he came to give me Laundry coins ... he used to visit my apartment if I wasn't there, and physically block the access. He used to come after 10 /11 pm (which is very special). Once, I was in the shower so I couldn't pick up the phone, he took his keys to get in my apartment with 2 other men to fix the window (of course he never told me he had to). I had to call the " Régie du logement" and the police to keep him away by the time I left that place.
Plus, I lot of drug users that can come in the building at night.
