The best experience that I have had with landlords in Montreal. Carole and Francois were very responsive and kept the apartment in great shape. Whenever minor repairs were needed, they would take care of them within a few days. There were no major issues while living there. The apartment was a bit expensive for what was truly a one-bedroom apartment (it was a 4 1/2 with a double room that had french doors - not an ideal situation for two people with separate bedrooms) but it was 2 mins away from Laurier metro which was very convenient. It is also a very safe neighborhood.
