Forget this place, it's not that expensive but you can find much better with the same price. These were my concerns living there for just one year and I left.
-HUGEEE infestation of mice (you will see one or two everyday, around all the apartment, your kitchen, one coming from the bathtub, everywhere! Specially after 10pm)
- Really bad insulation, in winter I had to pay 400$ every two months even if I kept at 15C-18C. It was freezing.
- The owner will do everything to make you repair what he is supposed to repair. For those who don't know the law about housing in Quebec, he will try to scare to make these reparations when he is the only person responsible to do it.
-Noise? You will hear your neighbors yelling, their footsteps, the dog walking, the dishwasher working and the washer machine from your neighbors working.

Horrible experience, but what made me move out of this place was those mice. It was disgusting seeing them everyday. We had mice because there is a convinience store downstairs and a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and DON'T RENT THIS PLACE
