ATTENTION NE JAMAIS HABITER ICI !!!! N'habitez jamais jamais ici le concierge est un gros gros arnaqueur!!! Il a volé mon argent, la police est venue 2 fois l'arrêter devant l'immeuble. De plus? cet immeuble est rempli de bibites, coquerelle, punaises c'est DEGEULASSE.
J'ai habité ici 1 an seulement et le frigo a du être réparé 4 fois !!! Y'a des coquerelle partout dans le frigo dans la bouffe dans les toilettes PARTOUT PARTOUT. J'ai honte quand j'ai des invités. Parfois j'en trouvais dans les restes de ma bouffe dans le frigo. J'étais obligé de jeter ma bouffe à la poubelle.
L'immeuble est rempli de fumeurs de cannabis.. ça pue dans tous les sens !!! Le concierge toujours saoul, irresponsable et très malhonnête. Je vous le déconseille fortement. Le proprio n'est jamais là du coup il n'a aucune idée de ce qui se passe ici. Je vous montre des photos que j'ai capturé dans un vidéo ça montre les coquerelles qui se trouvaient dans le four !!! C'est un peu flou mais vous verrais c'est dégueulasse

This place is beyond disgusting. Roaches, bed bugs. All over the building. They mostly hid inside the cupboards (kitchen, bathroom)so I only noticed after a couple of weeks of living there (Winter 2018). The janitor actually had the audacity to blame me for pests and said he would alert la Régie if I left and that it was my fault, then found out by speaking to other tenants that they had roaches too! The bed bugs were the last straw, I got marks all over my body. Took my stuff and left! Stay away from this this place they are filthy and manipulative.

Not only does the superintendent take forever to make repairs (I'm talking months), I saw roaches. I grabbed my kids and got the hell out of there. Stay away!! The actual landlord is never there and has no idea what's going on. Total nightmare!!
