Landlord and property manager respond swiftly when contacted, location of building is great - close to many amenities and transit routes, and suite/building themselves are perfectly fine, clean (for the most part) with no glaring issues. However, the building has cockroaches, so do with that what you will.

If you pay your rent, you don''t have any problems. Landlord is understanding if an issue arises. Overall a pretty calm/relaxed place to live. Good age range of tenants (mid-late 20s to a few seniors). Tenants that I''ve met have been very friendly. Bike rack also provided in underground parking space for tenants with bicycles. :)
Lights always malfunctioning, washer and dryer while in building, are VERY OLD. Landlord charges $20 for washing before 8am/after 9pm which i think is insane considering some people have a busy schedule.
