Back alley calm with kids playing. Large rooms, good lighting, new windows.
Mold in the walls and ceiling. Roof repairs butched after water damage. Walls very thin, you can hear everything your neigboors do and say. Locker room in the basement is not safe, bikes have been stolen from there.
