Apartment is in a great location.
Neighbors are nice and tolerant.
Good Backyard.
Water heating.
Big locker inside.
Landlord dont respond or fix issues in the apartment.
Not enough lighting.
Noisy because of Pie-IX.
No dishwasher entry.
Cats or little animal are tolerated. Big dogs need to be discussed with landlord.
