The neighborhood is good. There are many buses. I lived in the apartment for 2 years. I had a nice apartment but my neighbor was smoking drugs. When I complained the landlord did nothing. The apartments in this building are way over priced; you are basically paying for security around the clock. It is a good building for older people. The pool is not clean since the guards swim and night, bring their friends and do not follow the rules. One year the water turned green, it was filled with algae. There are lots of building rules, such as not to leave shoes in the hallway. Once they even threw my boots into the garbage. The janitor is a moody and rude lady who screams at everyone. The laundry room has few, very old washing machines. All together, its not worth the price unless you need assistance from the security guards.
