Very difficultto raise issues with landlord. Very rude and disrespectful. House is old and requires constant repairs that are left undone for a while. Makes things your responsibility when they are actually hers. You hear everything in the other apartment and she refuses to deal with her bad tenants.
Don''t rent here.
