The tenants and landlord address no quality of living conditions. Cleaning is never done when there is 6 tenants. People disregard rodents and bugs. Often leading to poor conditions and filth. There is no back exit. The back stairs are unsafe. The heat is always turned low in the winter. There is zero regard for basic tenant satisfaction.

The apartment comes with a washer and dryer and is pretty clean. The rent is low but the hydro is very expensive in the winter.
The landlord is unprofessional and absent. She does not return phone calls, voicemails, texts, or even registered mail. She illegally demands damage deposits and post-dated cheques.
