We were on the first floor. The building is badly managed and badly maintained. Maybe if you're looking for something sort of cheap it could work for you. We had a lot of problems with pot smoke from the basement neighbour. They were chain smokers, the floors were in terrible shape so it would come up through them like a vent. It was disgusting and really hard to control. The tennant was unresponsive, the management wouldn't help us, neither did the Regie. So maybe just avoid the place if you'd like a more peaceful home environment.
