Horrible neighbors worst location, landlord hires pot smoking contractors that dont fix anything properly...leaky roof, mold and mildew in the front room and bathroom, crazy schizophrenic/bi-polar neighbors
Do not rent from nicolas jodoin.Hands down the worst most incompetent landlord I have ever seen.
