still kinda cheap for a 4 1/2, but nothings included and the landlord tries every year to raise the rent.
"Ghost" landlord. Have never seen him and problably never will. They own like a ton of appartements. If you need something fixed, he will doubt you, try to make you pay for it or in the last resort send one of his "servants" to do the job. Impossible to reach him, but if he hasn''t receive your rent check by the 2nd of the month (cuz its like in the mail) he will call you.
