Worst neighbour ever! They play music everyday from around 5pm till 10pm with a loud bass, that you can't really hear yourself talking. I had complained directly to the neighbour who really didn't seem to care at all. When I complained to the landlord, he said these are the neighborhood rules and they have the right to play music as much as they want. After many tries, I discovered that they are good friends and that it was a hopeless case, so I moved out. It is a great apartment, although overpriced. However, it is not worse a dime du to the neighbours and landlord attitudes.
