Amazing location. Large apartment.
Landlords are VERY hypocritical, do not respect local laws. Try to raise rent without cause. If you refuse, they harrass you and even changed the locks on me without notice to keep me out of my apartment. I won my case against them at La régie du logement du Québec and they never payed me the money they owed me. B.M. and F.A. are 2 of the most hypocritical people I have ever met.
