Caretaker, who lives on-site, is a wonderful and amazing human being. Management company not so much. There is a front counter, giving the illusion that a concierge works there, but there is no concierge. Management only shows up every month to collect in-person rent payments. Email communication to all the tenants is not Bcc'ed, meaning everyone can see the unit number, full name, and email address of each tenant. Building itself is new and well-maintained, thanks to the caretaker.
