Our unit was on the main floor (#106)
The noise insulation/sound proofing is nonexistent in this building. I have no doubt that it would be below building code if inspected.
We could constantly hear our upstairs and side neighbors, as well as the parkade beneath us (every single car, and the ATVs the management company uses for 8 hours twice weekly on garbage days). We could also always here music from units sometimes 3+ floors away from us. And we could hear the stairwells, the trash compactor, and the intercom system all from the comfort of our couch or bed.
The building is popular with 20-35 years old (obviously, with it's proximity to downtown) but because of that, there was always pot smoke through the hallways and in the outdoor common areas, music blasting from one or two units, and often some form of drunken shouting coming from units and common areas.
Facilities are nice, location is OK (nothing great within a 5 block radius, but good enough), security staffer is a wonderful guy, but his shift doesn't make him available at all times.
