Insulation is terrible. Be prepared to hear everything, I MEAN EVERYTHING from your neighbors.

The building is clean and well maintained.
The landlord use all the possible ways to make you not trasfer your lease, including: saying that you can only sub-let the appartment, saying that she does not know the laws so she cannot accept your referral for tenants candidates, put an incomplete address of her office so you''re not able to send a lease transfer request. She pushes you to let her do the job: you pay for an add, she makes the visits and picks the candidates. Then if someone passes her criterias, she will cancel your lease and make a new one to the new tenant (with a higher amount).
If you have a candidate to a lease transfer you won''t be able to deliver the notice and you will be stuck in the appartment until the end of the lease.
The heating pipes are extremely noisy being able to drive anyone crazy during Winter.
