Lots of space, great for having people over.
Somewhat of a slumlord. The house is in disrepair and the landlord isn''t interested in maintaining the house adequately. The landlord is also a real estate lawyer and will try using sneaky tactics to make you renew the lease against your wishes or pay for repairs that are not your responsibility.
