Do not move to 1225 Sussex under AEDN management.

The location of the building is fantastic. It is close to everything.

The current management however is abysmal. There is no office in the building so everything is completed remotely through Building Stack. This was implemented a few years ago and ever since the quality of the building has plummeted.

There is an issue with drunk and unpredictable loiterers in the area. There are constantly groups drinking in the front of the building, on the property. The management is aware of the issue but has done nothing to resolve it. More often than not there is someone drunk and passed out in the entrance in the morning.

Any request made to management is met with very poor service. They are not attentive and seek to dismiss whatever issue is presented. An attempt was made to find a solution with management however it became clear that they were not interested in the common concerns in the building.

A union was made in a attempt to get the attention of management and show that there was in fact a common concern. Judge for yourself, I have included below the type of interaction you might have if you encounter an issue in this building. Tickets are constantly closed before any resolution is found.

I would not recommend moving into 1225 Sussex.
