There is no general management in the building so the landlord depends on each unit, I had the bad luck to get a landlord who wasn't very responsible, they took almost two months to repair some things at my place from the incomplete renovation they had done before.
The apartments are almost new so they are in perfect conditions for appliances and installations, never had any problem. The neighbors some are ok, if you leave stuff outside your door be careful because it will get stolen. There are many international students and young professionals, some don't have decent manners, one night I was bothered by some neighbors who were using a unit as an airbnb (even if it is forbidden) and wanted me to open the door for them when they came back from party after midnight. I never got to have my number in the intercom even I called several times.
In general I think the apartments are overpriced for what they offer, the gym is not even a gym, has two bikes and one mediocre machine, doesn't have any pool and the rooftop was usually dirty with beer cans and cigarettes, doesn't have bike racks, no private balconies, it is the typical building marketed as luxurious just to fish for people but after that they don't pay attention to anything.
